Mp3's won't transfer to Sidekick 3 mp3 player?

2GB memory card put in.


Transferred a bunch of songs, no problem.


I'm using Real Player to transfer the tracks.


Capacity is currently at: 696.2MB used





Now, I'm getting this error message:


Unable to add clips:


Name / format / reason


Song / mp3 / Unsupported media type





What?? They're mp3's. No prob w/ the other mp3's.





I some re-burned the tracks back to CD.


That made no difference.





Any suggestions? Should I just get a new memory card and do it all over again?

The reason has been tolled by the set that they are unsupported type, May be real player only transfer the real ext. files and can play it. Seek help from the user manual or sidekick website.
