What mp3 ripper do professionals use (besides MusicMatch) for the best possible quality mp3's at low bitrates?

MusicMatch is ok, but I'm looking for an mp3 ripper that produces the best possible sound quality at lower bitrates like 128 and 160. I've heard mp3's posted on artists' websites ripped at 128 and they sound nearly identical to CD quality, unlike most 128 mp3's. Thanks!

Nero. Process with Nero Wave Editor. MP3Pro mode will save at 96K, and produce quality that is virtually undetectable from higher bit rates by ear.
