I have an mp3 player that support mp4 files. I know how to convert them. I know how to put them on my mp3 player. My only problem is something stopped working. When I go on my mp3 player, and I go to movie, it doesn't bring me to my movies. I t restarts the mp3 player. Can someone pease help me?

First see whether the file your are trying to play is not corrupt. If it's playing fine on PC (you can use VLC player) then try to reset your Mp3 player to factory settings. Try that and see what happens.
