ok, i brought this one mp3-the coby mp-c756- but i can't seem to transfer any files into the mp3 from my computer.
for those whose are not familiar with this product, here's a link:

when i connect the mp3 player to the computer it recognizes it as a mtp media player. then it says
"synchronize media files to this device using windows media player" or "take no action." i selected the first option, and windows media player opens up and says "windows media player does not detect a portable device. connect your portable device, and then try again."
can anybody help me out with this issue? i already wrote to the tech support of the company about a million times but they do not respond.

Urgent HELP...MP3??
Instead of using Media player, try using windows explorer. the device should come through as another drive on your system. You can then copy files over to it.
