I have a ILO MP3 Player that I was able to load with music (Windows Media) when I first got it a few years ago. The CDs that I used were all scratched up and skipped.
I got a new computer and have loaded my music into Itunes, and they sound great. I even bought some music from Itunes. I have like 450 songs total.
I can't get my MP3 to record these new songs and it's frustrating for this old guy (44yrs). Can't figure it out even when I ask people online, just beyond me.
Is there someplace that I can send my music list and my MP3 to have them load the music into it for me and I just pay them?
I don't want to buy stuff that I'd never use again just to make this player work but I would like to have it as I travel a lot.
So, if there is a company out there that does this kind of thing, please let me know because it would be worth it to me to just pay them and have done with it. As of now, MP3 Player is just a paperweight.
Thanks.

I Need a MP3 Player Doctor!?
Here is the problem, because you are not using an ipod, and itunes is only for iPod, therefore you need to use windows media player again. You can download the latest version (11) of windows media player at http://www.microsoft.com
